Nicola offers a range of research, information and editorial services with a particular expertise in the fast moving consumer goods and retail sectors. This includes desk research, trade interviews, project management, competitive intelligence, market intelligence, report/editorial publishing, web content and corporate newsletters. With a significant part of her career spent overseas, Nicola offers a good cultural understanding of overseas markets and is a fluent French speaker.
Nicola is happy to work either as part of a team as well as project managing junior and external staff. She is an Associate Member of The Market Research Society and an Affiliate Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
NHA was founded in 1990 and initially based in Thailand, focusing on Far Eastern markets, developing a syndicated information service and reports for local research agencies.
Nicola had previously worked at Mintel International where she was in charge of the company's first European research products, including Market Intelligence Europe, European Lifestyles and a series of syndicated pan-European market reports.
Starting her career at the Financial Times Business Information Service, Nicola went on to join ERC Statistics International as a Research Executive. She subsequently spent two years in Paris setting up and running a French office as well as researching European markets.
